Our Masters of Arts will propel you towards professional excellence. Building on your Bachelor's degree, it enables you to strengthen your artistic expertise and prepare for a career as a performer, creator or teacher.
A review of the Master’s programmes in music is currently underway to adapt the programmes to changes in the music sector, by promoting personalized curricula, flexible study paths, and the development of students’ autonomy.
While maintaining the excellence of our programmes, we aim to move away from a course-based approach to a pathway-based approach, encouraging students to take an active role in shaping their education and in developing their artistic and professional careers.
This project has led to a review of the framework study plans and competency standards for the three existing programmes:
- The Master of Arts in Music Performance
- The Master of Arts in Specialized Music Performance
- The Master of Arts in Music Pedagogy.
The new programmes will take effect at the start of the 2027 academic year.
The new programmes offerings and admission requirements will be posted on our website in early December 2026 ensuring that you have all the information you need when applications open.
